LA DAR

Effective Date: February 2, 2026

At LA DAR LLC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, what is not covered, and the extent of our responsibility.

This Limited Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty is not insurance and does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Limited Warranty Coverage

LA DAR provides a limited warranty against verified manufacturing or craftsmanship defects.

If a covered defect is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion:

repair the item
replace the item
or provide store credit

Remedies are determined exclusively by LA DAR.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty may cover:

defective settings or mountings
structural or assembly defects
loose stones caused by manufacturing issues
faulty clasps or closures
craftsmanship-related defects present at delivery

Any visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear
scratches, dents, fading, or surface damage
loss or theft
accidental damage or impact
improper use or care
exposure to chemicals, moisture, or harsh environments
bent or warped metal
prong wear over time
stones lost due to wear or misuse
resizing or modifications by third parties
repairs performed outside LA DAR
personal preference issues (fit, size, color perception, etc.)

Stones and Materials Disclaimer

Natural and lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals may contain inherent characteristics and natural variation.

LA DAR does not guarantee:

color or clarity consistency
freedom from inclusions
future performance
resale value
resistance to chipping or cracking

Stones are not covered against damage or loss caused by impact, wear, or external factors.

Warranty Void Conditions

This Limited Warranty is void if:

the item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party
unauthorized modifications have been made
damage results from misuse, neglect, or improper care
proof of purchase cannot be provided

Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Inspection and Determination

All warranty determinations, including whether a defect qualifies for coverage, are made solely at LA DAR’s discretion following inspection.

How to Request Service

To request warranty service, please contact us with:

order number
photos
description of the issue

We may require the item to be returned for inspection.

Customers are responsible for safe packaging and insured shipping when sending items for service.
LA DAR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
