Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, and submission of transaction records and evidence to financial institutions or legal authorities.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LA DAR is not liable for delays caused by:

  • weather
  • force majeure events
  • incorrect shipping information

Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Title and Ownership

Legal title and ownership of products transfer to you upon confirmed delivery to the provided shipping address.

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may be non-refundable unless defective.
